Healthy Burger Bowls with Special Sauce

Ingredients
Burger meat
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Salad
- Romaine lettuce, chopped
- Tomatoes, diced
- Pickles, sliced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
Special sauce
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp dill relish
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef with the spices, breaking it apart as it cooks until fully cooked through.
- While the beef cooks, whisk all special sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Build bowls: romaine base, top with beef and salad toppings, drizzle with sauce.
