Ingredients

Burger meat

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Salad

  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced

Special sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp dill relish
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef with the spices, breaking it apart as it cooks until fully cooked through.
  2. While the beef cooks, whisk all special sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Build bowls: romaine base, top with beef and salad toppings, drizzle with sauce.
