Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos

- 500 g ground chicken (about 1.1 lb)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp bacon bits
- Avocado oil for the pan
Instructions
- Combine ground chicken with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Spread a thin, even layer of seasoned chicken on the back of each tortilla, pressing firmly.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with avocado oil. Place tortillas chicken-side down and cook until golden and fully cooked, 2-3 minutes. Flip and crisp the other side.
- Top each taco with fresh romaine, a Caesar dressing drizzle, parmesan sprinkle, and bacon bits.
- Fold and serve immediately.
